• Bespoke/custom orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has commenced.

• Additional premium charges may apply for express/urgent stitching deadlines.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimated and informed during order booking.
• Delays may occasionally occur due to logistics, workload peaks, or seasonal constraints.

5. Payments

We accept secure online payments via cards, netbanking, and UPI networks.

6. Refund Policy

• We enforce a strict **No Refund** policy on all customized stitching services.
• Refunds are solely applicable in rare events of service failure or system errors.
