At Swapna Designer Boutique, we specialize in premium customized stitching, bespoke blouse embroidery, and personalized design services.
No Refund Policy
- All orders placed are final and non-refundable.
- Since our services involve custom stitching, personal measurements, and tailored embellishments, we do not provide refunds or returns under any circumstances.
Important Notes
- Once the order is confirmed and measurements are taken, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or swapped.
- Minor variations in fabric color hues, embroidery placements, or stitching fit do not constitute a service failure and are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptions (If Applicable)
Only in rare cases of severe service failure from our side, we may offer:
- Free alteration or fitting corrections
- Rework of the tailored product at no extra charge
