Delivery Timelines

• Standard Custom Stitching: 3–7 working days
• Heavy Bridal Designs / Maggam Tailoring: 7–15 working days
• Timelines commence from the date measurements are collected and order payment is confirmed.

Delivery Process

1. Home Pickup: We pick up your fabrics and measurements directly from your doorstep.
2. Bespoke Customization: Tailoring in our boutique facility by master designers.
3. Doorstep Delivery: Flawless delivery of your finished dress.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

• Free delivery applies to all custom tailoring orders above ₹1,000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹1,000.
• Urgent/express delivery (within 48 hours) will incur extra charges of ₹200.

Potential Delays

Deliveries may occasionally experience delays during high volume wedding seasons, public holidays, or extreme weather conditions.
